It started with two friends gathering all their wills to cook and enjoy. Weekend meetings to share the food, the wine and the joy for eating and spending a good time together. After testing it amongst their friends, these two guys started a project where they used to go to people’s home and cook in place whatever they were contracted to.

After this first stage, The Parmentiers became into a Gastronomic Agency, the one that can help you to build a restaurant, learn to cook, make a great menu, develope the branding and communicate it everything under the same concept. Together, Peppe Palo and Anna Soler started a business focused on helping small entrepreneurs in building a gastronomic brand, doing it with companies like Gallina Blanca, Alkimia, Chicha Limoná, El Rodamón, Monapart, etc.
