Monastrell 100 % from the Valencian Tuscany. What else?
This is the little brother (or sista) of Témide. First it was the orange, then Luca came back with this red wine made with monastrell grapes grown in the south Valencian region of La Font de la Figuera.
As you can see, so simple, so fresh, so effective, just like this wine. A modern classic with minimal intervention.
